Purchase terms, cancellation and refunds

What you're buying
- Before You Say Yes — Free Guide: 7-page PDF, free.
- Before You Say Yes — The Toolkit: 25-page A4 PDF, US$12.
Both are digital downloads in English, delivered immediately after checkout. You need a device that can open PDF files. The contents of each product are described on its page.
Price and tax
Prices are in US dollars. Any VAT or sales tax that applies is included in the price and shown at checkout before you pay. Your bank may charge a fee for payments in another currency.
Your licence
The guides are for your personal use. Please don't resell, share or redistribute them, but do tell a friend where to get their own copy.
Instant download and your legal right to cancel
When you buy the Toolkit, you'll be asked to confirm that you want your download straight away and that you understand this ends your legal 14-day right to cancel. Your receipt email confirms this.
Our 14-day refund promise
Even so, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the day you bought it, even after downloading, and you don't need to give a reason. This is our own promise, in addition to your legal rights.
To ask for a refund, email hello.viviennehart@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout (or tell us that address). We'll refund the full amount you paid, including any tax, to your original payment method within 14 days of your email, without any fee.
If something is wrong
If your file is faulty, incomplete or not as described, email us and we'll repair or replace it. If that isn't possible, or doesn't fix the problem, you're entitled to a price reduction, which may be a full refund. These rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply at any time they're relevant, not only in the first 14 days.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
