Questions people ask
How do I get the free guide?
Go to the free guide page on Payhip, enter your email and complete the free checkout. You'll see a download button straight away, and a download link is emailed to you.
Do I have to join an email list to get the free guide?
No. At checkout there's an unticked box for emails from Vivienne. Leave it unticked and you'll still get the guide. You'll only receive the download email.
I didn't receive my download email.
Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from Payhip. If it isn't there, email hello.viviennehart@gmail.com with the address you used at checkout and we'll help.
What format is the Toolkit, and what do I need?
A 25-page A4 PDF. Any phone, tablet or computer that opens PDF files will do. You can also print it.
How much does the Toolkit cost?
US$12. Any VAT or sales tax that applies is included and shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. We promise a full refund if you ask within 14 days of buying, even after downloading, with no reason needed. Just email us. If something is wrong with your file at any time, tell us and we'll put it right. The full details are in the purchase terms.
Is Vivienne a real person?
No. Vivienne Hart is a fictional character. Her image and voice are created with AI tools, and her channel, guides and emails are written and managed by a real person.
Is there a course?
Not yet. A fuller course is being considered, but there's no date and it isn't available to buy. You can register interest.
